Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work  ON-SITE with our client in Rochester, NY. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• CNC Machinist will support the manufacturing of injection molds. 
• To work efficiently by multitasking and planning unattended machine time to maintain cost efficiency and meet tight deadline requirements to meet customer expectations.
• Program vertical milling machines using Mastercam software.
• Use Solid Works and communicate with other departments to meet specific needs.
• Running Haas mills and Makino high-speed mills.
• Working with job leaders to manufacture details on various projects.
• Inspection and documentation of critical machined areas.
• Keep the work area clean and organized via a 5-S mentality.
• Holding tight tolerances when finishing details.
• Multitask and plan for unattended machine time.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $35/hr. +$4 Shift diff

Hours: 40 hrs./Week

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in CNC machining.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Experience with Makino and Haas CNC's.
• Injection Mold building
• Ability to work independently or on a team is needed.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are needed.
