Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in influencer marketing and public relations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful influencer marketing and PR campaigns, building and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with influencer marketing and public relations solutions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies that align with clients' goals and objectives.
• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers to create authentic and impactful brand collaborations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, securing coverage in top-tier outlets.
• Oversee the creation of press releases, pitches, and other PR materials, ensuring they are compelling and aligned with brand messaging.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of PR and influencer campaigns, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with internal teams, including creative, social media, and digital marketing, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign execution.
• Provide strategic counsel and support in managing crisis communications and mitigating potential reputational risks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in influencer marketing and public relations, preferably within an agency setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the media landscape and influencer marketing trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in PR and social media management tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
