/ Responsibilities
- Manage executive business & personal calendar
- Manage executive email accounts
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Handle money management-related tasks
- Draft sales and strategy documentation
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and team members
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
/ Experience
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling
- Assistant / support experience in a professional setting
- Preferred education in business administration or a relevant field
- Accounting education and experience are desired but not required
- Familiarity with Google Suite software and productivity tools

- Live near Castle Pines, CO (Preferably within a 10 minutes)
- Reliable transportation
- Work from home & in the office (DTC)
- Attend meetings throughout Denver Metro and DTC areas
- Highly effective communicator
- Reliable and trustworthy with a strong sense of integrity
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
- Experience with Google Workspace applications required
- Advanced spreadsheet skills is a plus
- WordPress, Figma, Asana, Quickbooks, Slack, Gusto or related software experience is a plus

/ Compensation
The starting par for this position is $24-$30 per hour. The typical base pay range for this role in Colorado is USD $44,600.00 – $68,000 per year comparable to $21.44 to $32.69 per hour.
