Job Title: Afternoon Administrative Assistant (ABA Center)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Location: Passaic, NJ
About the Role:
We are seeking a responsible, mature, and professional individual to join our ABA center as an Afternoon Administrative Assistant. This role is key to ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting families, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Greet parents and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Assist with client dismissal, ensuring all children are safely picked up
Answer phone calls and buzz in clients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the center during afternoon hours
Lock up and secure the building at the end of the day
Track and maintain supplies, alerting management when restocking is needed
Perform light administrative tasks such as:
Entering cancellations, late drop-offs, and late pick-ups into the system
Assisting with scheduling
General data entry and record keeping

Qualifications:
Reliable, responsible, and mature
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with light computer work and data entry
Detail-oriented and able to multitask
Professional demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive information
Prior administrative or childcare experience preferred, but not required
Speak Spanish a plus
