Purpose:

To support the mission of the Commercial Sales Dept: To enable sustainable growth and develop strong customer relationships while protecting the company's margin and profits; to maximize the value of the company's relationships with the customers and factories. 

Education:

High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate), 4-year undergraduate degree preferred. 

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the HVAC Industry
• Ability to navigate job plans is preferred.

Skills:

Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions

• Learn to read and process mechanical plans and systems
• Understand price pages and specific product software
• Provide accurate and on time estimates
• Manage the project through the submittal, order and O&M stages
• Maintain appropriate files, reports, and other documentation
• Participate in team planning, team meetings
• Meet defined department KPIs, work as a team with equipment estimators, outside sales, customers, and other departments to increase sales as well as mitigate risk
• Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support Commercial Inside and Outside Sales
