Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team in Eden Prairie, MN. This role requires expertise in sheet metal work, engines, and reciprocating engines. An A&P license is mandatory, while an IA license is preferred but not required. This full-time position offers competitive pay, a steady schedule, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance on aircraft, focusing on sheet metal, engines, and reciprocating engines.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and structural issues to ensure aircraft safety and compliance.
• Conduct routine maintenance and scheduled inspections as required by FAA regulations.
• Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to complete assigned tasks.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain high standards of quality in all work performed.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure deadlines are met and operational goals are achieved.

Qualifications

MUST HAVES:

• 5+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance is preferred.
• Proficiency in sheet metal work, engine repair, and reciprocating engines.
• Must possess an A&P license .
• IA license is preferred but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
