Job Description
Job Summary (Analyst Saint Paul, MN)
- Complete onboarding and training in department processes and multiple records management systems.
- Identify and resolve data quality and data entry issues using records management systems and tools such as Excel, Cognos Analytics, and Tableau.
- Analyze case files and related documents to correct data entry errors and document all actions and changes.
- Monitor data entry trends and recommend solutions to prevent future errors.
- Review and suggest improvements for existing data quality reports; assist in creating new reports if time permits.
- Apply strong organizational skills and attention to detail for systematic documentation of work.
- Utilize experience (2+ years) in data analysis, cleaning, or management within records management systems.
- Leverage familiarity with Cognos Analytics and Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrate ability to quickly learn and apply complex processes related to data management and analytics.
- Must have completed CJIS training and be CJIS Compliance certified by the start date.
- Work in a hybrid environment (mix of in-office and remote), up to 40 hours per week for 24 months.
