The role of this position is to support the Residential and Agricultural Division in research, document management, and data entry of divisional entry projects. These projects include annual re-inspection, Apex sketching, final review, new construction, sales, or any special projects. This position also supports other functions needed for the office to meet all statutory and compliance timelines and requirements.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Two (2) years of experience in administrative support or customer service in a professional office environment. Must pass the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) Course 101 – Fundamentals of Real Property Appraisal within three years of hire date.
Preferred Qualifications: Two years of mass appraisal experience. Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in Urban Planning, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Have one or more of the following professional designations: Registered Mass Appraiser (RMA), Certified Assessment Evaluator (CAE), Residential Evaluation Specialist (RES), Mass Appraisal Specialist (MAS), or Assessment Administration Specialist (AAS).
