As part of their continued growth, they are seeking to hire an Architectural Designer

Responsibilities for this role include, but may not be limited to:

• Create and Manage construction documents in BIM/Revit and AutoCAD.
• Assist in the design documentation process by working directly with Project Architects and other
• designers.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and experience in coordinating with architectural and structural engineering team, clients, consultants, and contractors.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year of relevant architectural experience
• Proficiency with design software including BIM/Revit as well as familiarity with Sketch-Up or other
• graphic programs like InDesign, Photoshop, etc.
• Working knowledge of building codes and regulations, including ADA and Title 24 a plus
• Strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Effective written, graphic, and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as under the direction of a project manager
