Attorney Concierge Assistant – Entry Level (Medical-Legal Practice)

This is an entry-level position with hands-on training and room for growth in a rapidly expanding medical practice that works closely with attorneys and their clients. You’ll gain valuable experience in both the medical and legal fields while playing a key role in helping patients access the care they need.
What You’ll Do:
Be the friendly voice answering phones and returning emails.
Act as the bridge between patients, attorneys, and doctors , keeping communication clear and professional.
Review patient account balances and assist with questions.
Schedule appointments and ensure patients are fully prepared for their visits.
Organize and prepare medical charts so providers are set for success.
Work alongside an experienced, supportive team in a dynamic environment.
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma (some college or experience in healthcare/legal admin is a plus, but not required).
Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office.
Professional, dependable, and eager to learn.
Comfortable with computers; EMR experience is a bonus.
