Bilingual Healthcare Representative - Remote | Work from Home

Location: Fully Remote (Must reside south of Miami Airport, Florida)

Compensation:
Starting at $17 per hour, with an increase to $18 per hour for bilingual candidates fluent in both Spanish and English.

Work Hours:
Choose from two flexible schedules to suit your lifestyle: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 11:00 AM - 8:30 PM, Monday through Friday. A degree of flexibility in these hours is essential to meet the needs of our members.

Position Overview:
We're looking for an empathetic, proactive Bilingual Healthcare Representative to join our dedicated team! In this role, you'll be instrumental in supporting our members with their healthcare benefits, handling both inbound and outbound communications to address inquiries, update on documentation status, and ensure members feel well-supported. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to navigate conversations with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound and outbound calls to assist members with healthcare benefits questions and needs.
Address member inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide helpful information on document and request statuses.
Achieve and maintain performance benchmarks in efficiency, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution.
Build positive client relationships through attentive listening and problem-solving.
What We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of continuous customer service experience with the same employer.
Prior experience in a call center setting is highly beneficial.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to multitask effectively and handle complex inquiries.
Background in sales or benefits is a plus.
Detail-oriented, goal-driven, and capable of thriving in a team-oriented environment.
Must successfully pass a background check.
Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent.
