BCBA Clinical Supervisor

A BCBA Supervisor is needed in Flint, MI.

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
• Performs administrative, clinical, and professional tasks related to ABA service delivery
• Supervises and manages staff providing ABA services to children with Autism and their families
• Provides clinical supervision, staff development, mentoring, and training
• Ensures fidelity to the ABA service delivery model
• Collaborates as a member of the clinical team
• Conducts assessments and completes related reports
• Delivers direct ABA services to children and families

Requirements

• Compassionate, client-focused approach
• BCBA license in the state of Michigan
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA
• Valid Michigan driver’s license and reliable transportation
