Job Description

Duties: 1) Collaborate with various stakeholders to design, develop, enhance, and troubleshoot reporting for all Motorsports departments using multiple platforms (Excel, PowerPoint, SAP BO, SAP Analytics Cloud, MS Power BI, +). This includes existing periodic reports + frequent ad hoc reports requiring expert knowledge of systems, data, and visualization tools, Work alongside the data warehouse team to enhance and even acquire new data sets. Present findings and insights to mgmt. & top leadership aiding them in the development of ongoing business strategies. Assist with mgmt. of companywide MBOs (OKRs), meetings and other general projects that are the responsibility of the Project & Research Manager. Assist with the development and integration of custom sales targets. Must be familiar with budget creation concepts. 2) Managing and coordinating integration projects connecting multiple data types, sources, and business units to achieve increased efficiencies & sales. 3) Collaborating with engineering & supply chain teams to create, manage & quality check integrity of accessory fitment data sets. 4) Devise visualizations for periodic and ad hoc reporting requirements that allow stakeholders to answer questions in a timely manner while leveraging different visualization platforms. 5) General project management: Required to report on status and manage project "to do"s over each discipline using the Smartsheet PJ Management platform.
Minimum education and experience required : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in date science or STEM field PLUS 3 years of data analysis experience or related occupation.
Minimum skills requirement : Experience using PowerBI. Experience using PowerPoint. Experience using Excel Power Query. Experience using SAP Business Objects or Similar data visualization Platform. Experience using PJ Mgmt. tools. Experience proving process improvement & problem solving skills. Experience with master parts lists, bill of material and parts schematics.
