Hyundai of New Port Richey, the largest volume Hyundai dealership in the country , is searching for a talented Business Development Center Representative who can help our sales team achieve their targeted goals! If you have a knack for sales and customer service and want to increase your earning potential while improving your quality of life, this is a terrific opportunity!

As a BDC Representative , you will respond to and communicate with our current and prospective sales customers via email and phone. Ideal candidates will be polished, professional, energetic, sales-minded, and customer-focused. You must be able to handle heavy call volume and possess the ability to get customers in the door while maintaining outstanding phone etiquette. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and computer proficiency are essential skills. Dealership experience is a plus, but not required.

What will you be doing?

• Outbound and inbound customer phone calls.
• Respond via email and phone to Internet Leads
• Determine each customer's needs by asking the correct questions
• Set appointments for members of sales team
• Ensure a positive customer experience
• Introduce customers to sales representatives
• Enter customer information into CRM

Who are we looking for?

• Customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated
• Experience in customer service, call center or retail sales
• Dealership experience, a plus
• Ability to handle heavy phone volume
• Persuasive- knack for sales and customer service
• Strong communication skills -verbal and written
• Excellent computer skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
