Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to enhance global collaboration and engagement with our strategic partners, particularly Accenture and Mandiant. In this role, you'll play a vital part in nurturing strong, productive relationships at all levels, driving marketing and sales initiatives that create exciting business opportunities for both parties.

What You'll Do:

Lead and manage strategic partnerships with Global System Integrators (GSI) and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSP), focusing on Accenture and Mandiant.
Cultivate and maintain robust relationships across all levels of these partnerships.
Identify and support joint sales initiatives, collaborating closely with partner sellers and internal sales teams to develop a strong pipeline and drive revenue.
Create and implement a strategic joint business plan that encompasses executive interactions, business development, enablement, onboarding, certification, marketing, and solution development.
Articulate and promote our value proposition to empower partners in building a profitable business.
Oversee all aspects of partnership relationships, including executive, sales, product development, marketing, and service delivery.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute joint demand generation strategies.
Conduct regular business performance reviews with senior management to assess relationship health.
Build and maintain performance reports and dashboards to track activities and outcomes.
What You'll Need:

A proven track record of successfully developing and driving go-to-market plans with leading GSIs and MSSPs, especially Accenture.
10+ years of experience in alliances or enterprise sales, with a focus on managing strategic accounts.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
A strategic mindset with a proactive, hunter mentality, complemented by strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
A positive, hands-on attitude and a willingness to tackle challenges.
A university or college degree.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 115,000.00 Per Year
