Financial Management: Collaborate with the bookkeeper and accountant to manage the firm's budget, accounts payable, payroll, audits, taxes, and overall financial health.
Facilities & Equipment: Manage office facilities, including inventory, furniture recommendations, and ensuring maintenance and repairs are completed on time.
Technology Oversight: Evaluate and manage the firm's computer, phone, and software systems, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all critical documents, including corporate filings, taxes, and licensure, are up-to-date with government agencies.
Marketing Supervision: Lead the marketing team to support the firm's growth and visibility.
Qualifications:

Experience: At least 10 years of senior management experience, preferably within a law firm or similar professional services environment.
Expertise: Strong background in operations, administration, and escrow/IOLA management.
Project Management: Proven success in managing projects and leading cross-functional teams.
KPI Management: Experience in developing and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive firm success.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data and develop creative, actionable solutions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the firm.

Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and mentor teams, with a focus on driving results and fostering a collaborative workplace.
