LaSalle Network has partnered with a major CPG client who needs a Change Management Consultant . As a Change Management Consultant , you will play a critical role in driving successful change initiatives across their organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support both technical and business transformations, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of new processes, systems and technologies. Upcoming projects include implementing SAP PLM to the organization and master data governance enhancements. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking CPG company and shape the future of their operations.

Change Management Consultant Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support business and technical transformations
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand the impact of changes and identify potential resistance or challenges
• Conduct change readiness assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating risks
• Create communication plans and materials to effectively engage and inform employees throughout the change process
• Design and deliver training programs to ensure a smooth transition to new processes and technologies
• Monitor and measure the success of change initiatives and make necessary adjustments to improve adoption and minimize disruption
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and guidance on best practices for managing change within the CPG industry

Change Management Consultant Requirements:

• 3+ years of OCM experience, specifically with system implementations
• Proven experience working within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
• Strong background in supporting both technical and business transformations
• Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus
