We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Charity Event Manager. In this role, you'll plan and execute fundraising events that support important charitable causes.

Responsibilities:

• Event Planning and Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute charity events.
• Fundraising Strategies: Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet revenue targets and support the organization's mission and goals.
• Donor Relationships: Cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and supporters to secure funding and sponsorship opportunities for events.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to event attendees, donors, and sponsors, ensuring a positive experience and fostering long-term relationships.
• Budget Management: Manage event budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing fundraising potential.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, nonprofit management, or a related field preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Pressure Management: Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
