Key Qualifications:

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Adaptability and patience in a fast-paced, startup-like atmosphere.
Extensive experience with QuickBooks and general business accounting.
A friendly and approachable demeanor.
A strong commitment to honesty and integrity.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
MBA or similar advanced degree.
Previous experience as a corporate controller or CFO.
Familiarity with the legal industry.
