Job Description

Class A Drivers who want to earn great money no matter your experience level are being requested to apply to this Dedicated account driving position. You will be pulling 53' refrigerated trailers running the Eastern Regional with weekly home time on a SOLID dedicated account.

Job Details .

• 53' Refer Trailers with a Dedicated account
• Trainees will run 4-6 weeks with mentor OTR before going solo.
• 100% no touch freight with a mix of drop and hook and live store load/unloads
• Weekly home time with at least a 34-hour reset.
• The driver must be willing to drive during the day or during the night.
• 7-day operation with weekends not guaranteed off
• 5 or 6 day work week. 6-day work week takes truck home. 5 day work week must take personal vehicle from terminal in Johnstown or Syracuse.
• Not accepting any drivers that live in Buffalo area, Boston area, or NYC area
• Average 1700 miles a week.

Pay/Benefits

• .69 - .81 a mile with $1000 pay guarantee.
• $650 training pay, if under 6 months OTR/Regional experience.
• $10 first stop pay - $15 each stop after.
• $25 short haul pay for loads under 50 miles.
• $1500 average weekly pay.
• .06 per mile monthly bonus for over 8200 miles driven, no accidents, fuel at 7 MPG.
• Full benefits that kick in after 30 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO

Requirements

• Must have attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours.
• Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL.
• Must have a fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, major tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years.
• Cannot have been terminated from last job due to safety concerns.
• No DUI's Felonies, Misdemeanors in the last 5 years. Safety to review all criminal offenses.
• Must have solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of employment outside of school or training. 6 months in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years max.
• Must be able to pass a Urine AND HAIR pre-employment drug screen.
