Position Overview:

As a Cleaning Technician, you will play a vital role in our dynamic cleaning team, utilizing your extensive knowledge and skills to uphold our mission of delivering top-tier cleaning services. As a Residential Cleaner, your primary responsibility is to ensure that residential or commercial spaces are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for new occupants. You will be tasked with thoroughly cleaning appliances, ovens, bathrooms, light and cooling fixtures, cabinets, countertops, and flooring, sanitizing various areas within the property, paying particular attention to details, and addressing specific move-out cleaning requirements. This role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Advanced Cleaning and Maintenance:
   • Apply our training and knowledge to perform strenuous and, at times, complex cleaning tasks efficiently and precisely.
   • Utilize your knowledge of cleaning products and equipment to achieve superior cleaning outcomes.
2. Quality Assurance:
   • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in all assigned areas, setting an example for the team.
   • Conduct thorough inspections to guarantee exceptional cleaning results and adherence to established quality benchmarks.
3. Leadership and Collaboration:
   • Lead by example and guide fellow team members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
   • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to optimize workflow, address challenges, and enhance service delivery.
4. Client Relationship Management:
   • Establish and maintain professional, solid client relationships, showcasing your experience and dedication to exceptional service.
   • Address client concerns effectively, demonstrating your problem-solving skills and commitment to client satisfaction.
5. Safety and Compliance:
   • Lead in promoting a safety culture by ensuring team members adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations.
   • Uphold strict compliance with company policies, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to consistently achieve high-quality results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Driver's license and insured vehicle are required.
• Drug-Free Employer: Drug Testing is required.
• Prefer availability from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
• Must have physical stamina and endurance to work at a fast pace.
