As our Client Success and Facebook Ads Manager, you will own the entire customer success journey. From onboarding clients to optimizing their campaigns and everything in between, you will be their go-to person.

We plan to grow fast, and we need a driven, talented individual to join us as our Client Success and Facebook Ads Manager.

**What You’ll Do:**

* ** Own Client Onboarding:** You’ll be the first point of contact, guiding clients through the onboarding process. You’ll set up access to business managers, pixels, ad accounts, and social media pages. Your goal? Make them feel supported and excited from day one.
* **✍️ Master Campaign Management:** Request UGC video ads from creators, transform raw footage into high-converting ads, and write killer ad copy. You’ll launch and manage Facebook ad campaigns that get results.
* ** Optimize Like a Pro:** You live for the thrill of optimization. You’ll monitor campaign performance, make data-driven adjustments, and constantly seek ways to improve. Your clients’ success is your success.
* ** Be the Client’s Hero:** Weekly Zoom calls? No problem. You’ll provide insightful performance reports, address any concerns, and strategize for even better results. Your clients will see you as their trusted advisor.

**Who You Are:**

* You have a proven track record as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or Facebook Ads Media Buyer.
* You are proficient in English, you can communicate comfortably, and you are easily understood.
* Facebook advertising isn’t just your job; it’s your passion. You know the platform inside and out.
* Your communication skills are top-notch, and you excel at building relationships.
* You’re a multitasker who thrives under pressure and loves a good challenge.
* CRM systems and digital marketing tools are your playground.
* You’re analytical, data-driven, and always looking for ways to optimize.
* You’re a self-starter who works well independently in a remote environment.
