REQUIRED SKILLS
Collaboration engineer with a heavy focus on messaging Exchange Online, ProofPoint (email security), bulk email services, Teams, etc Soft skills, especially communications and the ability to manage their projects are going to be key attributes
What I will say is we need someone with excellent PowerShell skills . This will be a heavy on that. I think our candidate knew she didn't have that and is leaving on her own.
Need someone to work independently. Need to write script in PowerShell . Alter their own script.
Need to know scripting, but also need to do support
40% support tickets.
The rest of the time is supporting projects and initiatives
Communication skills need to be perfect. Everyone engages with end user and business partners
