Job Description

The Communication Center Specialist will focus on making calls for the Texas market to schedule past due patients, unscheduled treatment, and calling from our Medicaid rosters.

• Must live in TEXAS, and have Dental experience
• Must be Bilingual (Spanish) – The ability to read, write, and speak fluently in Spanish and English.
• This is a remote position working Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

We are looking for talented individuals to assist us in providing a 5-star customer experience for our patients on behalf of our affiliated pediatric dental and orthodontic practices. Specialist must have a friendly demeanor, the ability to quickly make a personal connection with callers, possess strong conflict resolution skills and properly organize inquiries and requests to ensure they are addressed in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

• Provide a high level of customer service 
• Care for and be an advocate for our patients, 
• Assist in various administrative functions as needed.
• Follow company and department procedures and guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills:

• High school graduate (or GED)
• Experience working in a busy environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Independent thinker
• Proficient in spelling and typing
• Ability to be a team player
• Must be reliable
• Bilingual (Spanish) – The ability to read, write and speak fluently in Spanish and English.
• Basic knowledge of dental terminology
• Previous dental experience
