What you'll do:

Each day in the life of a Control Room Technician /Television Studio is sure to be different as you are relied upon to troubleshoot, problem solve, and collaborate with other departments to achieve the common goal of executing our on-air broadcasts! We will count on you to maintain quality and discipline during all our broadcast day, so your attention to detail is key. What you'll bring:

We're looking for a full-time creative and engaged individual with a passion for broadcasting to be a part of our team. You'll train and work closely with our experienced staff and have a unique opportunity to do it all…master control, production, camera operation, newscast directing, and graphics. If you have experience in television production, that's a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who has savvy computer skills, effective communication and problem-solving skills, and can be calm and diplomatic under stressful situations with shifting priorities. In this position you should be able to lift and carry 40 pounds or more, perform basic math quickly and accurately, and have availability and flexibility to work various shifts any day of the week should a station emergency arise.

Pay range: $16.50/hour - $19.00/hour.
