Job Title: Controller 

Location: Chanhassen, MN

Salary: $75,000 - $125,000

THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE 

Position Overview
The Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the organization, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with applicable regulations. This role involves budgeting, month-end closing processes, and leveraging Dynamics 365 for financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the month-end closing process and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Develop and oversee annual budgets, forecasting, and financial projections.
• Utilize Dynamics 365 for financial data analysis and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification required 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Month-End and Reporting 
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of budgeting and month-end processes.
