What you'll do: * Use experience of client facing engagements to build a positive project relationship, run workshops and lead clients to success. * Design and develop Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, Teams Toolkit Agents to meet client requirements. * Lead a team of experts to work together to drive success in delivering solutions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams under challenging circumstances to deliver high-quality solutions. * Demonstrate expertise in the Power Platform suite of products and Microsoft 365 Copilot. * Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Microsoft 365 products. * Share practices for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and extensibility knowledge with global Avanade team members. * Manage task backlog for continuous improvement of client solutions and contribute to solution estimates * Skills and experiences: * Worked with Microsoft 365 Copilot, understanding of the underlying technology, prompts, agents, implemented and governed. * Familiarity in using Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Power Platform products. * Familiarity with Low and Pro code extensibility models of Microsoft 365 Copilot * Unleash Your Analytical Prowess: Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills. * Agile Ninja: Familiarity with agile development practices. * Solve the Unsolvable: Critical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. * Guardian of Security: Ability to secure apps and data.
