Senior Corporate FP&A Analyst (Remote)
Contract - W2 Non-Exempt
Pay Range: $50.00 - $58.00 per hour (DOE)
Location: 100% Remote
About the Role:
We're looking for a talented Senior Corporate FP&A Analyst to join our team on a remote basis. In this role, you'll play a key part in our month-end close activities, including reviewing accruals, updating headcount, and financial forecasts. You'll also interpret and report on financial performance, assist with the annual planning process, and support business partners with financial insights and purchase order management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct month-end close tasks, such as reviewing accruals and updating headcount and financial forecasts.
- Analyze and report on financial performance, including budget vs. actual comparisons.
- Assist the Corporate FP&A team and business partners with annual planning, including expense forecasting and plan review materials.
- Support business partners with purchase order management and provide valuable financial insights.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, investment banking, accounting, or similar analytical roles.
- Strong financial modeling skills and the ability to perform complex analyses to uncover business drivers and generate actionable insights. Experience with Oracle forecasting is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized, independent, and self-motivated, with a commitment to delivering accurate and high-quality work.
