Job Description

This is a confidential search for a Corporate Recruiter to support one of the fastest growing franchises in the beauty industry. The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. The Corporate Recruiter will support 41 locations across the country, and will manage up to 61 openings at a time. 

As the Corporate Recruiter, you will: 

• Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with Center Managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
• Manage the job posting and advertisement processes.
• Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
• Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Manage the entire interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholder
• Collaborate with the Director of Human Resources and other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

To be successful in the role, one must: 

• Manage the recruitment platform Paylocity (Paylocity experience is required) 
• Have excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
• Have the ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
• Be proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
• Have excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Have familiarity with laws (including CA labor laws), regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
• At least five years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
