Title: Cost Accountant

Reports to: VP of Finance

Education: Bachelors Degree

*On Site Position 5 Days a week

Job Description:

• 3+ years of experience
• Must have manufacturing (at minimum - meaning working with tangible products), but ideal to have worked in med device industry if possible
• Ideally has worked with the Oracle software system
• Must have Cost Accounting experience (Cost accounting is a form of managerial accounting that focuses on the cost structure of a business. It assigns costs to products, services, processes, projects and related activities. It aims to capture a company's total cost of production by assessing the variable costs and fixed costs of each step of production. Cost accounting is used internally by management to make fully informed business decisions and improve cost efficiency.)
• They have a three-way inventory matching process. They want someone experienced with that methodology, material tracking, and invoices/order tracking.
• In-office expectations: 5 days a week typical work hours
• Biggest driver here is cultural fit. It's a close-knit team that works in an open workspace with finance, customer services, and marketing. High energy, positive, and engaging is what they are looking for.

Compensation : $85,000 - $100,000
