Job Description

We are seeking an Exterior Transportation Designer who will work on exterior car design projects. The role involves sketching designs on paper or digitally, participating in VR room sessions to share inspiration, and designing scale models. The designer will work on various mobility and transportation pieces, with the possibility to switch teams for interior design projects or to work on whole vehicle concepts.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Pasadena, California.

Work Environment

The candidate will work in a team environment, often collaborating in a VR room to share digital assets and inspirations. The work involves guiding 3D development with sculpting and fabrication teams and engaging in strategic and customer-focused thinking to add depth to advanced projects and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Transportation Design
• 1yr experience in Automotive Design Required, 3+ years highly preferred.
