Job Description

We’re seeking a creative and highly skilled Creative Producer to join our Art Team and elevate our product and marketing imagery. This role will focus on enhancing processes, lighting, styling, and overall visual aesthetics of our images. You will collaborate with photographers, stylists, editors, and other key stakeholders to ensure our imagery meets the highest standards. This position is instrumental in leading and executing creative direction across various platforms, including e-commerce, email marketing, and advertising campaigns.

Position: Full-Time Contract-for-Hire (3 months)

Location: Headquarters in Soho, NYC

Your day-to-day:

• Creative Direction & Production
• Work closely with our Head of Art and Photography to develop and execute creative concepts for product page imagery and marketing materials.
• Organize and clearly communicate creative direction concepts via Miro Boards, and gather feedback before production.
• Oversee the production process, including casting, set design, and prop sourcing, ensuring that all aspects of the shoot align with the creative vision.
• Ensure that on-figure images meet our high standards, including proper styling, wrinkle-free clothing, and well-groomed models.
• Collaboration & Execution
• Partner with photographers, stylists, and editors to produce high-quality product page imagery, email marketing visuals, and advertising campaign photos.
• Collaborate with the broader email marketing and advertising teams to develop and execute fresh, compelling concepts.
• Ensure timely delivery of all imagery and adherence to production schedules.
• Quality Control
• Lead the quality control of images taken in the studio, ensuring that they meet the required standards for clarity, styling, and overall presentation.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure that marketing images are eye-catching and effectively showcase products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience within the fashion e-commerce industry as a photographer, videographer, producer, or art director.
• Expertise in studio photography and proficiency in Photoshop.
• Strong styling and art direction experience, coupled with a background in photography.
• Exceptional detail orientation and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Honest, humble, and capable of giving and receiving critique productively.
• Positive, optimistic, and committed to personal and professional growth.

Benefits

Salary: $110k - $130k

Hourly Rate: $55 - $65 per hour
