Job Title: Enterprise Customer Success Manager
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000
About the Role:
We're looking for a talented and passionate Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team! As a key player in our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our enterprise customers, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer happiness.
Responsibilities:
Own and develop commercial relationships with customers to drive retention and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Deliver and exceed revenue targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, using a consultative sales approach to understand and solve their challenges and deliver maximum value
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with executive stakeholders and define customer roadmap requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver long-term value for customers
Perform data-driven Executive Business Reviews to track progress and articulate our vision
Drive customer advocacy through references, referrals, and case studies
Analyze and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) and track account activities, customer health, and forecast renewals and expansions
Drive client satisfaction by maintaining high levels of engagement and communication
Requirements:
5+ years of consultative sales experience selling SaaS-based products to enterprise-level accounts (legal/compliance industry experience a plus)
Proven track record of retaining and expanding existing customer base
Effective at building and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities
Proven ability to assess business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders
Extremely detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
Energetic and self-motivated with excellent written and oral communication skills
Comfortable with sales and productivity tools and technologies
Ability to travel to customers on an as-needed basis
