Data and Integration Architect - CRM

Location: Remote

The CRM IT Lead Strategy Integration Architect is responsible for the planning, coordination, development, and supervision of all activities related to the integration of software programs, applications, and third-party solutions to meet the business requirements of the organization. The integration needs are primarily focused on connecting on-premises and cloud-based commercial software applications focusing on CRM and Veeva. This individual is also responsible for developing and maintaining an application integration architecture blueprint for the organization.

• Responsible for making solution recommendations considering scope and client requirements.
• Designing the enterprise and integration architecture along with enterprise architect from client
• Development of long-term strategy and architecture for integration
• Requirements gathering, project planning and management, solution design, configuration and customization of integration products
• Technical analysis and documentation of integrated systems
• Provide expert advice on CRM integration technologies and functionality and other advisory services
• Suggest solutions to customer based on best practice
• Lead customer workshops using a design thinking approach to capture the project imperatives with conversion into design requirements.
• Define and develop the architecture, roadmap, and standards for the smart building design that will encompass the solution from data acquisition to consumption in parallel with defining the technology integrations that will feed into the design assist/build activities in the construction lifecycle.
• Partner with leaders of other disciplines to ensure proposed solutions align with information, technology, infrastructure, business and security architectures
• Data Architecture Design:
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive data architecture blueprint, including data models, database structures, data pipelines, and data integration strategies to support business needs.
• Design and implement data warehousing/data lake solutions/data replication , considering data quality, security, and performance optimization.
• Define data governance policies and standards to ensure data consistency and compliance.
• Data Analysis and Requirements Gathering:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and translate them into technical data architecture specifications.
• Conduct data profiling and quality assessments to identify data issues and implement data cleansing procedures.
• Technology Selection and Implementation:
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate data management technologies, including database platforms, data integration tools, and cloud-based services.
• Lead the implementation of new data technologies and migration strategies to ensure seamless transition to new data systems.
• LS Experience working with Pharma Clients and CRM Commercial Data Models
