Simeon Global Consulting is seeking a Data Manager responsible for overseeing the organization, management, and analysis of data across multiple platforms to support business intelligence, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making. This role involves the development and implementation of data management policies, systems, and procedures to ensure the integrity and accessibility of organizational data. The Data Manager works closely with various departments to ensure data-driven insights are applied across projects and initiatives, enhancing overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management & Governance: Develop and enforce data strategies to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security. Implement governance policies aligned with organizational goals. 
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights, create reports, and build dashboards using Power BI and other BI tools. 
• Project Leadership: Lead data projects, aligning them with strategic goals, while managing scope, deliverables, and timelines. 
• System Integration & Optimization: Ensure seamless data system integration and optimize data flow for improved performance and accessibility. 
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work with cross-functional teams to meet data needs and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
• Data Quality Assurance: Perform audits and maintain data integrity through validation protocols and issue resolution. 
• Training & Development: Train and mentor team members on data practices and tools, promoting data literacy across the organization. 

Requirements

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 
• 5+ years of experience in data management, analysis, or related roles. 
• Proficiency with data analysis tools, particularly Power BI, and a strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 
• Experience in database management systems, including SQL. 
• Strong understanding of data governance and best practices in data quality management. 

Preferred Skills: 

• Working knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and spatial data analysis. 
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, particularly Power BI. 
• Familiarity with cloud-based data storage solutions. 

Additional Qualifications: 

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States. 
• Must reside in the state of Florida. 
• Must pass a background check upon offer of employment.
• Must be willing and able to travel to various work sites as needed. 
• Must be willing and able to work long hours and adapt to changing environments.
