CoRe Creative Services is an in-house global team that creates nearly 20,000 high-quality, design-driven deliverables across multiple channels each year. We handle design projects from start to finish, ensuring creative excellence every step of the way. Our team engages in both creative concepting and repurposing and enhancing existing deliverables and assets. We are a team of Deloitte brand advocates who are service oriented and responsive to practitioner requests in service of clients. We have project coordinators and graphic designers to help guide the work through the creative process.
The Internal Communications and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing internal awareness campaigns and events, to drive practitioner awareness and usage of CoRe Creative Services offerings. Key activities include drafting written materials, creating and editing video materials, creating and/or editing presentations, and managing campaigns across multiple internal online and offline channels. This role requires a self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced virtual environment. Required skills include:
Responsibilities:
Global CoRe provides seven fundamental services to Deloitte around the world: knowledge services, creative services, contact center, data management assessment services, data protection, procurement, and real estate. We develop new and innovative ways to improve how these services are delivered across the organization, leveraging our global scope and strength to serve our organization within and across borders.
Education : Bachelor’s degree required; relevant areas of study may include Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields.
Years of experience : Candidate must have 3-5 years of relevant experience; experience in an internal communications role. Experience with the creative industry or within a global professional services organization preferred.
Required skills and attributes
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
