Digital Marketing Account Manager

Position Overview
We're hiring a Digital Marketing Account Manager to be the primary contact for clients, fostering relationships and ensuring their digital marketing needs are met.

• Pay of $50,000 to $75,000 Depending on Experience
• 6 Federal Holidays Paid
• 1 Week PTO First Year
• Dental Insurance
• Health Insurance (50%Paid by Company)
• Vision Insurance

Key Responsibilities

• Client Management : Build and sustain strong client relationships, acting as their advocate within the agency.
• Digital Strategy : Align digital strategies with client goals to boost their online presence.
• Campaign Management : Oversee digital campaigns (social, email, SEO, PPC), analyzing results for effectiveness.
• Communication : Lead client meetings, providing updates and insights.
• Reporting & Analysis : Track key metrics, prepare performance reports, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Issue Resolution & Expectation Setting : Address client needs, resolve issues, and manage project expectations.
• Consulting & Collaboration : Advise clients on digital marketing best practices and work with specialists to achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of account management or digital marketing experience.
• Strong grasp of digital strategies, tools, and analytics.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Analytical, results-driven, and familiar with SEO/SEM and digital platforms.
