Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location : Radnor, PA
This is an individual contributor position that works under the regular supervision of the Director, Digital Marketing. This position is responsible for executing daily digital marketing initiatives as well as supporting the implementation of a growing strategic initiatives calendar. This role collaborates routinely with all marketing team members to support the development and execution of Essents digital marketing vision, including corporate website initiatives, marketing automation, social media, video marketing execution and salesforce production support, as well as other digital-based activities and initiatives. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work cohesively and collaboratively across the organization, including, but not limited to, marketing, business development, IT & operations functions to help execute Essents digital marketing strategy towards Essent brand awareness, demonstrating preference value and differentiation.
A s a dynamic and resourceful professional, we will rely on you to perform the following duties: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute digital campaigns across various channels (email, web, social media, etc.). Project manage digital marketing project pipeline, including prioritization based on business needs and deadlines. Coordinate with designers to ensure visual assets align with campaign goals.
- Assist in the development and execution of Essents email campaign and automation strategy, creating marketing assets (email templates, landing pages and forms) in the system. Also includes successfully building, testing and launching email marketing campaigns within the email marketing technology, as well as optimizing email campaign triggers and operational workflows across the organization and customer lifecycle. The position will work in partnership with designers and copywriters to optimize email creative and template structure based on best practices.
- Provide day-to-day maintenance support of the corporate websites in support of marketing/sales initiatives. Manage work queue, making page, content and creative updates, guide approval process of content, perform Q/C and facilitate regular reviews of website content with business stakeholders for accuracy.
- Contribute to on-site and technical SEO, optimize website content, meta tags, Open Graph data and rich object data for SEO and assist in implementing SEO strategies to improve website visibility.
- Support day-to-day social media marketing efforts, including reviewing content posts, coordinating posts with compliance and adding new campaigns to the content library.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using martech stack and data analytics tools, provide actionable insights, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Assist in measuring the effectiveness of marketing efforts analyzing and reporting on all online marketing initiatives, including website(s), organic search rankings, email campaigns, social media, video marketing etc., to continuously optimize and measure success.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements: - Bachelors degree or higher, with a major in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or another business-related field
- 3+ years working experience in a professional services firm, digital shared services role, B2B marketing agency, or equivalent
- Hands-on digital marketing skills, including email execution, website publishing, social media publishing, analytics reporting, and ongoing process improvement
- Working knowledge of CMS systems, Drupal, Google Analytics, Marketo, and HTML experience a plus
- Versed in email marketing best practices and familiar with CAN-SPAM and ADA guidelines
- Proficient with Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
- Strong interpersonal skills, highly organized, self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team and as an individual contributor
- Excellent verbal, copywriting, and creative storytelling skills, with a very high attention to detail
