A Dynamics 365 Business Central end user in the consumer products sector is seeking a Director of Finance & Systems to lead day to day operations, production, supply chain, and/or financial management.

This is a family owned company who is looking for someone who has expertise helping growing companies in continuing their expansion, cutting operational costs, and optimizing workflow efficiency. We need a candidate who is very hands-on in taking on projects, whether they be improvements within accounting, IT, or supply chain, not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty.

This position will be an integral role to the company's future, identifying and building upon paths for growth and new product development, working closely with the CEO on making crucial business decisions.

What You'll Need:

* 10+ years of experience in a financial leadership position, must have previously worked at the VP Finance or CFO level
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or D365 Business Central, implementation and upgrade experience a plus
* 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, consumer products, distribution, etc.
* Expert knowledge of inventory management and reporting processes
* Financial planning & analysis background, with a key focus on process improvement
* A long-term vision, capable of coming up with a 5 and 10 year financial and operational plan
