Job Title: Director of Cardiovascular Services

Salary: $150000 annually

Schedule: Fulltime 36 hours per week variable shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for all cardiovascular services ensuring high standards of patient care and efficiency.
• Manage daily operations of the Cardiac Cath Lab and associated cardiovascular services ensuring compliance with all hospital and regulatory policies.
• Drive the development and implementation of new services and protocols to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Lead mentor and develop a team of healthcare professionals fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
• Ensure optimal resource management including staffing budgeting and use of facilities.
• Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive team dynamics and the highest quality of care.
• Oversee quality assurance initiatives maintain safety standards and implement continuous improvement measures.

Qualifications:

• Current Florida RN license is mandatory.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Associates degree required; Bachelors degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• At least one year of direct leadership experience in an acute care cardiovascular services setting.
• Strong background in Cath Lab management with substantial experience overseeing a cardiovascular unit.
• RCVT certification is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a complex and fastpaced environment.
