We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dispatcher. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for dispatching of drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all dispatch activities and communicating effectively with drivers and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Dispatch drivers and vehicles to designated locations in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including driver schedules and delivery times.
3. Communicate effectively with drivers and customers to provide updates on delivery status and address any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dispatch or clerical role preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
