Job Title: Dump Truck / CDL Driver

Location: Jackson, SC

CDL: Class A or B (Class A preferred)

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused Dump Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate company dump trucks to haul materials. This role is essential to supporting daily operations on our job sites and ensuring timely, efficient material transport.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate dump trucks to transport materials to and from job sites.
• Perform pre-trip, in-trip, and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Communicate with dispatch, site supervisors, and team members regarding load requirements and delivery timelines.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation, including tickets and delivery records.
• Report any mechanical issues immediately to management or maintenance.
• Keep truck clean, organized, and in good working condition.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or Class B (Class A preferred).
• Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT drug/alcohol screening.
• Previous experience driving dump trucks or similar heavy equipment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor construction environments.
• Strong communication skills and a reliable, professional attitude.
• Knowledge of local roads, construction sites, and hauling procedures is a plus.
