Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills and have experience with Stadiums, Data Centers, Hospitals, federal bases, distribution centers, Electrical, NFPA 70E, OSHA, Bluebeam, Microsoft, AutoCAD, Revit, ConEST, NEC, motor control system, medium voltage, Process Systems, Transformers, High Voltage, Switchgear, Renovations, Electrical Estimating, and Design Build.

Position Overview: The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for managing the overall electrical project from concept to completion. The Project Manager must ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget while meeting customer expectations and contractual obligations. The Project Manager must also ensure that the project is completed safely and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the overall electrical project from concept to completion.
• Work with the team to develop the project scope and ensure that all project objectives are met.
• Create project plans and schedules, and manage all project tasks.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure that materials and services are procured in a timely manner.
• Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure that all project activities are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensure that safety guidelines are strictly adhered to.
• Ensure that all project documentation is completed and up to date.
• Prepare and present weekly project progress reports to the project team and management.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Electrical Project Management.
• Experience in managing projects involving Stadiums, Data Centers, Hospitals, federal bases, distribution centers, Electrical, NFPA 70E, OSHA, Bluebeam, Microsoft, AutoCAD, Revit, ConEST Benefits
