Position Description for K-5 Elementary School Principal, Florence One Schools, South Carolina
The Florence One Schools is seeking a highly qualified and experienced candidate to serve in the role of K-5 Elementary School Principal. The Florence One Schools wish to have the successful candidate assume the responsibilities of the position on or around October 7, 2024.
McPherson & Jacobson, L.L.C., Executive Recruitment and Development has been engaged as the consultant in a search for outstanding candidates. They will assist the district in identifying and screening the candidates.

Royall Elementary School: 505 students
Location: 135 miles north of Charleston
Qualifications
Florence One Schools is seeking an experienced, energetic and dynamic elementary school principal to provide leadership for the school staff at K-5, 500-student Royall Elementary School. The ideal candidate should be a visionary leader who is passionate about instructional leadership and innovation. The principal has the unique opportunity to lead an exceptional staff in a school that has been selected twice for the National Blue Ribbon Award, an Excellent rating on the SC School Report Card, and annually ranks in the top five schools in South Carolina in academic achievement.
