We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Elementary Math Instructor to join our virtual campus team and help inspire the next generation of young learners. Key Responsibilities:
Teach Excited Learners: Lead online math classes for elementary students, helping them build a deep understanding of mathematical concepts rather than focusing on rote memorization.
Engage and Empower Students: Create a supportive virtual environment that encourages student-led discussions, problem-solving, and critical thinking, enabling students to take charge of their own learning.
Small Class Sizes: Work with small, motivated groups of students (average size 12), where each child is excited about learning and eager to succeed.
Manage Virtual Classrooms: Use platforms like Zoom to maintain student engagement, manage class dynamics, and ensure a focused, interactive learning experience for young students.
Stimulate Advanced Learners: Provide challenges that push advanced students to think critically and maintain their participation in the virtual classroom.

Qualifications:
Required: A bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
Preferred: A master's degree or higher.
Teaching Experience: Proven experience teaching or tutoring elementary to middle school students.
Mathematics Expertise: Experience working with advanced or gifted students in mathematics, especially at the elementary level, is a plus.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with virtual teaching tools like Zoom.

Flexible Hours: Our courses are taught during after-school and weekend hours, offering a great work-life balance. Available hours are from 4pm to 10pm ET Monday through Friday, and 10am to 9pm ET on weekends.
