As an Event Assistant, you will be a crucial part of planning and executing various events for our clients. This dynamic role requires a detail-oriented and energetic individual who excels in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing events, ensuring all details align with client expectations.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their event goals and vision.
  • Provide timely updates on event progress and address client queries and concerns.
  • Oversee event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and coordination of staff.
  • Ensure all necessary materials and resources are organized and available on event day.
  • Provide on-site support during events, managing registrations, coordinating activities, and addressing any issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, production) for seamless event execution.
  • Work closely with vendors and external partners to coordinate event elements.
  • Gather feedback for continuous improvement from clients, attendees, and team members.
  • Compile post-event reports and insights to assess the success of each event.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
