Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about event planning has excellent communication skills and thrives in a fastpaced environment. The successful candidate will assist in the planning coordination and execution of various events ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Event Manager with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings managing calendars and preparing event materials.
• Communicate with vendors suppliers and clients to ensure all event details are confirmed and executed as planned.
• Help manage event logistics including transportation accommodation and catering arrangements.
• Maintain and organize event inventory supplies and equipment.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure venues meet event requirements.
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities for events including social media updates and email campaigns.
• Provide onsite support during events to address any issues that arise and ensure client satisfaction.
• Compile and analyze feedback from clients and attendees to improve future events.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Event Manager.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with event management software and social media platforms is an advantage.
• Flexible schedule including availability to work evenings weekends and holidays as required.
