• Engage with guests through phone email and inperson interactions handling reservation inquiries modifications and cancellations.
  
• Assist guests during checkin and checkout ensuring a smooth process and addressing any special requests or concerns.
  
• Collect payment details process reservations and issue invoices or receipts when necessary.
  
• This remote role offers you the flexibility to work from your home or any location with internet access.
