Responsibilities:

1. Backend Development:

   • Assist in the development and maintenance of backend services and APIs using programming languages such as Python, Node.js, Java, or Ruby.
   • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to implement backend features and functionalities.
   • Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and other team members to integrate backend systems with frontend interfaces and ensure end-to-end functionality.

2. Bug Fixing and Troubleshooting:

   • Conduct debugging and troubleshooting of backend issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
   • Participate in code reviews and quality assurance processes to ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability.

3. Learning and Growth:

   • Continuously learn and stay updated on backend development technologies, tools, and best practices.
   • Take initiative to improve coding skills and expand knowledge of backend frameworks, databases, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. Relevant coursework or projects in backend development are a plus.

2. Technical Skills:

   • Basic understanding of programming languages such as Python, Node.js, Java, or Ruby.
   • Familiarity with backend frameworks and libraries (e.g., Flask, Express.js, Spring Boot) is desirable.
   • Knowledge of database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and version control systems (e.g., Git).

3. Problem-Solving Abilities:

   • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and address technical challenges.
   • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving development environments.

4. Communication and Collaboration:

   • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
   • Willingness to seek guidance from senior developers and actively participate in team discussions.
