EVS Cleaner 

The EVS Cleaner is responsible for ensuring that all public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness. This position is also responsible for the Cleanliness of the Casino.

• Responsible for cleaning spills, broken glass, etc. in casino, public and office areas.
• Cleaning and maintaining casino, public and office area restrooms.
• Communicating with supervisors, managers, and facilities on areas of repair needed in their assigned areas.
• Refilling supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels in all casino, public and office areas.
• Vacuuming, sweeping and/or mopping floors.
• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
• Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
• Performs any other duties as assigned.

• Prior industry cleaning experience required 

• Knowledge of detail glass cleaning preferred. 

• Knowledge of carpet/floor cleaning preferred. 

• Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment operation preferred.

• Effective communication skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor 

• Available to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
